For two weeks over this Summer, KiK Music ran a Summer session in Wolverton for twenty young people between 9 and 19 years of age to compose their own original works. We aniticipated eight new songs and were amazed to see more then twelve. The young people worked as a single team on each of the songs, moving between groups to input their own ideas into each song.

This way of working proved to create an incredible array of songs covering all genres from folk to rap to metal. Each song was recorded by the young people to create a CD of the work. The two weeks culminated in a perfomance to approximately one hundred invited guests who witnessed two impressive sets. Comments from the evening included: "There were so many songs it was great to see how they all worked as a single group, everyone supported the team." and "I was only popping in for the first half but I cannot go home, this is too good!.
